Sliceo is committed to digital accessibility and to making our website usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech-recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation. We view accessibility as a core part of building technology for community associations, where residents, board members, and managers arrive with a wide range of abilities and devices.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone. The site is currently in partial conformance: most of it meets the standard, and we are actively closing the remaining gaps as the site is redeveloped.
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox) and with commonly used assistive technologies on desktop and mobile. Because assistive-technology and browser combinations vary widely, some experiences may differ, and we welcome reports of any combination that does not work well for you.
Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. Certain third-party components, embedded content, and older PDF documents may not yet be fully accessible, and some newer interactive features are still under review. Where an essential document or feature is not accessible to you, we will provide the information in an alternative format on request.
We assess accessibility through a combination of automated testing tools, manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, and ongoing review as pages change. We treat accessibility as continuous work rather than a one-time project.
We welcome your feedback. If you encounter a barrier, need content in an alternative format, or have a suggestion, email us at hello@sliceo.co and include the page address and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within five business days and to resolve verified barriers as quickly as we reasonably can.
This site is under active redevelopment. We review this statement and our accessibility practices regularly and update them as the site evolves. If you are not satisfied with our response, please tell us so we can do better.
