Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Sliceo LLC (“Sliceo,” “we,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, the categories we use, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies - such as local storage and pixels - work in comparable ways. They let a site remember your preferences, keep basic functionality working, and, where you allow it, understand how the site is used.

The categories we use

Strictly necessary. These keep the site working - remembering your cookie choice, enabling navigation, and supporting core features like our booking form. They cannot be switched off and do not require consent.

Analytics & performance (consent-based). With your consent, we use limited measurement to understand how pages perform - for example, how many people visit a specific partner page and whether a request-information form was submitted. Where we operate co-branded partner pages, we may share aggregated performance with the relevant partner, and, where you have knowingly submitted a request to be contacted by that partner, the details you provided. We describe this at the point of collection so your choice is informed.

We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.

Your choices and consent

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, which will bring the banner back on your next visit, or by emailing us at [email protected]. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some features may work less smoothly if you do.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond, we honor your choice through the consent banner described above rather than through that signal.

Changes

We may update this policy as our site and practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date.

Cookies and technologies we use

We use a small number of first-party cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in to the client and partner portals, maintain your session securely, and remember your consent choices; these cannot be switched off through the site because the service would not function without them. Preference cookies remember choices such as a collapsed menu or a selected tab. Analytics and performance technologies help us understand, in aggregate, which pages are used so we can improve them, and we configure these to minimize the personal data involved.

Third parties and processors

Some features rely on trusted third parties that may set their own cookies or receive limited technical data when you use them, including our payment processor for secure checkout, our email-delivery provider for transactional messages, and our infrastructure and content-delivery provider for security and performance. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy notices, and we do not sell your information.

How long cookies last

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a limited period appropriate to their purpose, typically from a few days up to about a year, after which they expire or are refreshed. You can delete cookies at any time from your browser.

Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies through their settings, usually under Privacy or Security. You can set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies or to refuse them, though if you block strictly necessary cookies, portions of the portal may not work. Step-by-step guidance is available in the help section of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox.
