We collect information you provide directly - such as your name, work email, company, and message when you book a call, join a waitlist, or contact us. When we deliver services, we may process business data within the systems you ask us to connect, strictly to perform the work you have engaged us to do. We also collect standard technical information (such as pages visited and general device data) to operate and improve the site.
We use the information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services (including creating the aggregated, de-identified insights described below), communicate about engagements, and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, scheduling, and communication tools), when required by law, or with your direction as part of connecting your systems. Any client data we process during an engagement is handled under the terms of that engagement and validated in an isolated sandbox before it touches your live systems.
Some pages on this site let you request an introduction to one of our technology partners (for example, OnCall PRO, VEMTech, RenewFlo, or Stable Mail). When you submit one of these forms, you are asking us to connect you, and - only after you check the consent box on that form - we share the details you entered (such as your name, work email, company, phone, and message) together with your IP address with the specific partner named on that form so they can follow up with you. We also record how the request reached us (the page, referral source, campaign tags, a timestamp, and a unique reference) to verify and report the referral. We share your information only with the partner you selected, and only when you have given consent on that form. If you would like a referral withdrawn or your information deleted, email [email protected] and we will take care of it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

We may also create aggregated and de-identified data - combined statistics that do not identify you, any homeowner, any Community Association, or any individual - and use it to build industry benchmarks and insights and to improve our systems. Sliceo owns this aggregated and de-identified data. We never expose any single client’s or individual’s underlying data, and we apply minimum-aggregation thresholds so that no organization’s figures can be identified or reverse-engineered from a benchmark. We do not sell your personal information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Because aggregated and de-identified data no longer identifies you, it may be retained and used as described above. To make a request, email [email protected].
Where applicable law requires a legal basis to process personal information, we rely on your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services and securing our systems, and compliance with our legal obligations.
We share limited information with vetted service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including a payment processor for billing and checkout, an email-delivery provider for account and transactional messages, cloud infrastructure and content-delivery for hosting and security, and, where you connect them, the business systems you ask us to integrate. These providers may use the information only to provide services to us.
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary by the type of record and the applicable legal requirements.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to obtain a portable copy, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and certain other states have specific rights, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
